May also contain: cardamom, cumin, cranberries, raisins, dates, cinnamon paste (powdered sugar, coconut oil, water, grapeseed oil, cinnamon, xylitol, potato flour, psyllium).

No –Gluten Added icing consists of-- Butter, powdered sugar, rice flour combo, chic pea flour, coconut oil, water, goat milk, psyllium, traditional pure vanilla, acidophilus, grape seed extract, Japanese pearl powder, fenel, coriander, cumin.

NOTE:
Cut-Out-Cookies can only be ordered ½ dozen if ordered plain and the same kind of cut-out Cut-Out-Cookies can only be ordered by the full dozen of the same kind and same colors.
Example order:
½ dozen faireies- plain
½ dozen medium size angels – plain.
1 dozen medium angels decorated blue.
1 dozen medium angels decorated yellow.

Local orders only and orders that are shipped. Please be careful when selecting the type of order option. Local orders can be paid at the site and picked up. If there is no order button it is a local order only for now. These orders must be called in (or emailed) for now until the website is updated for all local pre-paid orders.

NOTE: BABS Bakery is in the process of creating a customized no-gluten bakery addition with all brand new equipment to process the no gluten-added products for better quality and the least possibility of cross-contamination of gluten.

BABS Bakery does not guarantee gluten free products to be completely free of cross contamination, even though we are careful of it in out facility and buy from others without gluten. Cross contamination may come in any form at anytime from another facility not aware of possible contamination, hence BABS Bakery takes as many precautions as needed to keep free of cross contamination.

Bakery items are made separately, but cannot guarantee it is free from cross contamination. NOTE: People who are gluten-intolerant can tolerate products made with spelt. Spelt (tricicum spelta) is not wheat (triticum aestivum). The biological value of spelt protein exceeds wheat protein in that excess essential amino acids constitute a protein source for human plasma. Spelt also contains special carbohydrates (mucopolysaccharides) which play a decisive role in blood clotting and stimulate the body’s immune system to increase resistance to infection.
