The History of BABS

I have always wanted to help heal the world. I wrote the book, SPIRITUAL HYPNOSIS-The Misdiagnosis of Hypnosis: Guard your Mind, Body and Spirit, with the intention of helping many people, but how can I help everyone?

My sister had gone through three surgeries in less than three months. She said to me with tears in her eyes after the last one, “All I ever wanted to do was bake, like when I worked pastry catering.” I went home that night and I stood looking at my Sacred Heart Statue of Jesus and said to Him, “She always gives and never takes, she did not even ask God why He never put her in the baking field—but I am asking you why?”

Two days later I woke up with this idea and the recipes followed one by one and continued. The power of the love, and positive energy allowed the synchronicities to fall into place, which actually happened faster than we had expected. I started the bakery while she got well again. Four months later this website began. Two dreams came true when only one person wondered about the bakery and the other person asked for it. Each dream is within a Golden Heart.

You can ask for everyone’s dream to come to him or her within one prayer, but you can only help them one at a time. The same way each Golden Heart is formed from a dream. When each Golden Heart shines to another Golden Heart the dreams come true. Each synchronicity for the dream occurs as the Golden Hearts shine. The more Golden Hearts, the more dreams come true. Other synchronicities that occur from prayer are always ‘behind the scenes’ manifesting for others until you are with them.

Mother Teresa had a concept she spoke of which was that you can love everyone in the world all at one time, but you can only feed them one at a time. This is the same concept as the Golden Heart Theory.
