** The linked information
is referenced from
the following books: Hildegard states in her writings: Returning to health
requires moderation in food and drink, but also includes a simpler life
style.
Complicated life styles have been created by society. The perception of
fear,
perhaps, creates and/or compounds an already existing complicated life
style.
You can simplify a life style by many changes that occur without the
creeping
fear factor of incorporating a drastic change into the current life
style. By
not allowing the creeping fear factor to take over is when fear is
converted
into wisdom. This wisdom becomes the present moment and change occurs,
since
the perception has changed. Fear of the past and future no longer
matter and
then fear is eliminated within the change. The knowledge within the present moment is all that exists. Fearing
the consequences of any change does not allow for a change in ones
perception.
Wisdom leads to the ‘letting go’ of the past fears and positive
implementations
are easy to incorporate into the new life style. Simplicity within the
life
style is listening to the wisdom of the body in the present moment. The
body in its
wisdom recognizes new and unfamiliar food and drinks. This wisdom from
within
the body tries to eliminate toxins taken in. Returning to health
requires
moderation in all areas of life including simplicity within the current
life
style. List of suggested
