How do I take care of the systems within my body?

It is a system I cannot see, unlike my skin, hair and nails.Your skin, hair, and nails reflect from the mirror within your body. Not all systems within your body can be seen, yet mankind needs to think about what his inside systems look like. We are a mirror to the universe as well as a mirror of ourselves in the body, mind and spirit systems. A healthy body, mind, and spirit consist of systematically treating and healing the physical body for quality of the internal organs. Proper functioning of the intestinal system assists the immune system in physical health, as well as the mind and spirit.

Q. What is Essiac?

Essiac is a remedy that defies disease. In 1923 Canadian nurse, Renee Caisse, came upon this herbal concoction that appeared to have remarkable powers in a terminaly ill cancer patient. Rene had found out that the woman had cured her self by going to an Obijiway Indian herbalist. She then visited the medicine man and he freely gave her the tribe’s formula. Q. My coconut oil did/did not have tiny hard granules before. Why does my coconut oil sometimes seem to have these tiny hard granules? They melt, but not as easily. Is my coconut oil spoiled?

No it is not spoiled when it does this. It is due to temperature change and the 11 fatty acids. Each has a different melting point of and around 76 degrees. Temperatures above this allow them to re-group in 3’s in to the triglycerides. So possibly 1-6-8 can re-group, or 2-7-9 can and have a variable melting point.

Q. Do you use traditional sugar cake icing? I am a diabetic and wanted to know.

I would not recommend the icing to a diabetic. Some diabetics eat various foods with sugar, and that is your choice.
The ingredients in BABS Bakery icing are energetically combined for optimal digestion and glycemic friendly, but not formulated for a diabetic or anyone with sugar issues.
There is not much sugar in the regular cake recipes, but we have a spelt/rice combo flour recipe that we do not have to add sugar, and tastes great.

	Q. How well do the products freeze, and how long are they good for? Everything BABS Bakery formulates can also be frozen and refrozen, unlike other products. Nature’s ability to do this allows us to easily recommend it to others. So feel comfortable to freeze anything from the bakery, and it has a great ‘freeze-life’ for at least 2-3 months, just bring out and heat at ---usually 350o--- There is over 6 years of testing in the bakery products, and I worked with Certified Master Baker with The American Institute of Baking (AIB) Rick O’Million for over three years. The bakery products are actually great, actually better if you purchase them frozen from your favorite store, just as if you did at any other store. Q.Where did ‘Our Holiday Love Always,’ signature for BABS Bakery originate? “Hildegards cookies taste like the holidays, and can be eaten all year long.” This is what my daughter, Bridget once said to me. The cookies leave you with the same happiness and joyful feeling of Christmas, just as the lady in the story below. Dr. Karan~My Holiday Love Always One year around Christmas time a lady approached me in the doctor’s waiting room and after debating a moment she asked: “Do you feel the sprit of Christmas this year, you look as though you do? I don’t think I will find it.” I replied to her, “ Well, I feel it all year long.” “How do I do that?” she inquired. Before I was able to answer her, she was called into the examining room. As she got up and walked down the hall I could hear her telling the nurse how much more pain she is in now than the last visit to the doctor. So I waited until she came out and then I said, “Here is my answer, when you least expect the spirit of joy within the season, it will be there.
