Karan Schneider is the founder of the world’s first international food service called BABS Bakery that is dedicated to creating Food Energetics within the recipes. She and the bakery are recognized world wide by famous doctors and authors of Eastern & European medical works. She has created a series of four Food Energetic CD’s that outline three medical systems on digestive power with foods, herbs and spices (these systems have over 5,000 years of precise experience) in keeping with the traditional works of each system. Dr. Yinhai Zhu, from Beijing China has mentored her for years in the realm of Traditional Chinese medicine and the energetic properties, effects and known remedies.
The father of modern heart surgery, Dr. Michael Debaky, and Dr. Wighard Strehlow of the Hildegard Clinic in Germany, recognized her detailed works and BABS Bakery on how the energetic combinations are structured for a finished food product, especially being spelt based. She was one of the first in the USA to be invited to become a part of the Debaky Alliance for Hildegard's Medicine.

In the mid 1980's she formed a small business called Karan Schneider Collection with original sculpted art pieces created for world famous physicians, attorneys, Las Vegas owners, and various celebrities including Richard Simmons. A custom porcelain angel was created for the Clinton inauguration in 1992 at the White House, as well as each inauguration until 2008. In 1999 she was personally selected artist for the White House formal called Holiday Treasures. Each artist created a one-of-a-kind sculpted figure for the Christmas tree and her piece was President JFK. This event and her sculpted figure on JFK were in six international magazines. Another project concerning Angels that was first introduced and graciously accepted into The White House by President Bush and The First Lady Barbara Bush in August of 2004 from Karan titled Emerging Wings-Unaware wearable art as the visual for peace from the Angels that included a written Peace & Protection Plan. The art she creates today is called Meditative Herbal Houses in that they are made from as much clean recycled products, including the specific Chinese herbs that adorn them. She has been authored and published internationally from 1996 to 2003 in various how-to articles with international magazines as Doll Crafter and Dollmaker that included writing articles for other various artists and doll maker friends. Author and world renown doll artist, Susanna Oroyan, selected Karan to be featured in her two books, Designing the Doll and Finishing the Figure. Her varied health articles have been internationally published through different newsletters. In 2006 Glamour Magazine contacted her to write a grief article. Furthermore, since 2003 she has randomly given “phone” articles and suggestions to CNN, FOX and USA Today for national grief issues, via The American Institute of Health Care Professionals, the institute where she obtained her certifications.

has a Ph.D. in Science of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Spiritual Counseling, Master of Science in Art, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, (Alabama State licensed) and is National Board Certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Counselor, and a Grief Counselor with the American Institute of Health Care Professionals. She is licensed by the State of Ohio as a long-term substitute art teacher.
