spelt beverage (referred to as spelt coffee) by Hildegard : Slow roasted spelt kernels create a cup of warm beverage reminiscent of coffee. These kernels are hand roasted in cast iron skillets. Directions on how to brew your own at home are included. Ingredients: Roasted Spelt kernels, agrispet (grapefruit seed, lime seed, lemon seed, tangerine seed, purified water, vegetable glycerin).
